		<description>Hyphens are used diffferently in Danish, namely to connect two parts of a compound whose first or second part contains a space or a hyphen.  So if this is analysed as a compound (rather than adjective + noun), it should be &lt;i&gt;all you can eat-tilbørsbuffet&lt;/i&gt;.  Compare &lt;i&gt;science fiction-roman&lt;/i&gt;.</description>
